How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, sign in to your account and navigate to the Orders page.

Click the "View Order Details" link for the order you would like to cancel. If an order is eligible to be canceled, a "Cancel Order" button will appear at the top of the Order Details page. Click this button to cancel your order.

Orders can only be cancelled prior to being prepared to ship, and we normally ship items within 24 hours of order processing and approval. If you miss the window to cancel your order, you can return your items once they arrive.

If your order requires a down payment, your order will automatically be cancelled within 90 days of the order date and will not affect future orders.
