How do I place an order?

To place an order online, simply add items to your shopping bag, and then click "Check Out".

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of an order online, sign in to your account and navigate to the Orders page. All of your orders should appear on the Orders page, and each order should include a summary of the order details. If you need to view the full details of a particular order, click the "View Order Details" link.

How do I track a shipment?

To track the status of a shipment, sign in to your account, navigate to your Orders page, and click the "View Order Details" link that is associated with the order you would like to view. Each item within an order will have its estimated arrival date noted. To find the exact location of your item, you can click the "Track Shipment" link.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, sign in to your account and navigate to the Orders page. Click the "View Order Details" link for the order you would like to cancel. If an order is eligible to be canceled, a "Cancel Order" button will appear at the top of the Order Details page. Click this button to cancel your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, and PayPal Credit.

I received part of my order. Where are my other items?

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in one or more shipments with multiple tracking numbers. You can view the order status of the entire order or track each shipment individually.

How will I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a link to the carrier tracking details and an estimated delivery date. You can track your shipment online any time!
