What is your return policy?

Making sure that you’re happy with your orders is our top priority. If you aren’t completely satisfied, you can send the item(s) back, and we’ll process your refund or exchange as promptly as we can.

How do I return or exchange an item to ShoeMall®?

Complete and enclose the return form located on the back of your original packing slip, indicating whether the item is a return or an exchange. Pack and seal your item(s) securely in its original box. Then choose your preferred shipping method.

When will I receive the refund from my return?

Once your return package is received by ShoeMall®, please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing. If you paid by credit card, refunds should be reflected on your credit card statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return.

When will I receive my exchanged item(s)?

Depending on how your return is sent, it can take up to 10 business days for your package to be received and an additional 7-12 business days for the exchange to be processed and shipped out. Once shipped please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

Will I need to pay for shipping on my exchanged item(s)?

The item(s) requested for exchange will be sent to you free of shipping charges. However, customers are responsible for the return postage needed to return the original item(s) back to ShoeMall®.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

If something was wrong with your order when it arrived, we want to make it right! Please Contact Us, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
