How will I know when my backordered item has shipped?

If you ordered online, you will receive an email to notify you when a backordered item has shipped.

If you ordered by phone and did not provide an email address, you will receive a postcard in the mail with the expected shipping date for the backordered item(s).

To check the status of an order online, sign in to your account and navigate to the Orders page. To view the full details of a particular order, click the "View Order Details" link.
