What is your return policy?

Making sure that you’re happy with your orders is our top priority. If you aren’t completely satisfied, you can send the item(s) back, and we’ll process your refund or exchange as promptly as we can.

Any items ordered between January 1st - October 31st can be sent back within 60 days of the order date. To make gift-giving easier, any items ordered during the holiday season (November 1st - December 31st) can be sent back within 90 days of the order date.

Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return postage.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and new condition. Also, please note:

  • Fragrances, hair care, wigs, hair extensions, skin care, makeup and bath and body items must be in new condition.
  • Music, movies, video games and software must be returned unopened with the factory seal intact. Exchanges are permitted for identical products only.
  • Items sold in sets must be returned as sets; partial returns will not be accepted.
  • Personalized/Monogrammed items cannot be exchanged unless damaged or defective.

How do I return or exchange an item to ShoeMall®?

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Prepare Your Item(s) to Ship

Complete and enclose the return form located on the back of your original packing slip, indicating whether the item is a return or an exchange. Pack and seal your item(s) securely in its original box.

Step 2: Choose A Shipping Method
Most orders include a FedEx return label to make returning items easy. Affix the FedEx return label to the outside of the package and ensure that no other labels or shipping information is included on the outside of the package. Then drop the package off at a FedEx location.

Please note: Using the FedEx return label will deduct $8.95 from your refund amount to cover the return shipping and processing fees (sales tax will apply to residents of certain states). FedEx return label service is not available for APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territory shipments. Some orders ship directly from the vendor and may be excluded from FedEx return label service.

If you do not want to use the FedEx return label or if one was not included with your order, please ship the item back using your preferred carrier. Customers are responsible for the return postage as well as any items lost or damaged in return shipping, so we recommend insuring your package.

We do not recommend refusing packages to return items. Refused packages are not insured, so customers are liable if they get lost in transit with the shipping carrier. They can also take much longer to get back to us (sometimes several months), and we cannot guarantee that we will ever get them back so that a refund can be issued. Additionally, most refused packages are not tracked in transit with shipping carriers, meaning no tracking updates will be posted by the shipping carrier once the package is refused.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
If something was wrong with your order when it arrived, we want to make it right! Please Contact Us, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.

When will I receive the refund from my return?
Once your return package is received by ShoeMall®, please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.

If you paid by credit card, refunds should be reflected on your credit card statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If you paid by check or money order, please allow an additional 5-7 business days after return processing for a refund check to be mailed to you.

When will I receive my exchanged item(s)?
Depending on how your return is sent, it can take up to 10 business days for your package to be received and an additional 7-12 business days for the exchange to be processed and shipped out. Once shipped, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.

Will I need to pay shipping on my exchanged item(s)?
The item(s) requested for exchange will be sent to you free of shipping charges. However, customers are responsible for the return postage needed to return the original item(s) back to ShoeMall®.
