How can I update my ShoeMall® account information?

To update your account information, sign in to your account. Once signed in, you will have access to a variety of account features you can use to manage your personal information. Below is an overview of each feature.

Orders: review a list of recent orders and order details, including order status, shipping information, protection plan details, and down payment information (if applicable).

Addresses: review a list of saved addresses, add new addresses, and/or change your default billing and shipping address.

My Profile: review and/or change your basic contact information, including your first name, last name, and email address.

Saved Credit Cards: review a list of saved credit cards, add new credit cards, and/or change your default credit card.

Wish List: review a list of items you've saved while shopping, then add your favorites to your shopping cart!
