Why isn't my promotional code working?

If your promotion code doesn't appear to be working, please follow these steps:

• 1) Check the spelling of your promotion code. If your promotion code is not spelled correctly, it will not work.
• 2) Confirm the promotion code expiration date has not passed. If the promotion code expiration date has passed, you will not be able to use the code. This sometimes happens if you use a promotion code from an email.
• 3) Confirm your products are not excluded from promotions. Some products are excluded from promotions. Review this list to see which brands are excluded from promotions.
