Notice of Contest Rules

These contest rules apply to all contests and giveaways (each a “Contest”) offered by or otherwise associated with Mason Companies, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries, including its trade names and its brands, including without limitation, ShoeMall®, Stoneberry®, Masseys®, Mason Easy-Pay®, K. Jordan®, Maryland Square®, Figi’s® Gallery, Auditions®, Fifth & Glam®, Wissota Trader®, and B.A. Mason® (collectively “Mason” “we,” “our”, or “us”), including the websites at the domain names adventuresincheese.com, auditionsshoes.com, bamason.com, birchland.com, birchlandmarket.com, figis.com, figisgallery.com, figis.jobs, figisoutletstore.com, figiswholesaleinc.com, gourmetmarket.com, kjordan.com, marylandsquare.com, masoncompanies.com, masoneasypay.com, masseys.com, qualityfootwear.com, shoemall.com, stoneberry.com, theshoediaries.com, theshoediaries.net, theshoediaries.org, fifthandglam.stoneberry.com, and wissotatrader.com.

Overview: There will be one (1) grand prize winner in the Contest. The grand prize winner will receive the prize specified in the Contest, as set forth in the website reference din the communication provided to participants related to the Contest.{' '} There is no cost to participate and no purchase is necessary to enter. All participants are allowed one (1) entry for the duration of the contest. All Mason decisions are final.

To enter, please fill out the entry form for the Contest provided in the website referenced in the communication to participants. To be eligible to win, you must complete the form and correctly answer the trivia question provided with the entry form. One (1) participant who answers completes the entry form and correctly answers the trivia question will receive the grand prize.

The entry form will be available from the time of the communication with participants until the expiration date and time specified in the website referenced in such communication, and entries must be submitted prior to the expiration date and time in order to be eligible to win. {' '} Only one (1) entry per email address will be accepted. If you enter this contest more than once, you may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to complete this form.

Contest Rules: The winner of the Contest will be randomly selected from all eligible entry form submissions posted within the contest timeframe. A valid email address is required. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided. Once contacted, the winner will have three (3) days to provide Mason with a confirmation response. This response must include confirmation of prize acceptance and a valid email for prize delivery. All items given away as part of the Contest are not exchangeable or returnable. No promotions or discounts can be used in addition to the specified prize that is awarded.

If a winner doesn’t respond and accept the prize within the three (3) day deadline, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected. This process will repeat until any and all confirmed winners are selected. Each winner will be posted on Mason’s winner website www.shoemall.com .

All decisions of Mason related to the Contest are final.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

Entry forms for the Contest are available on the website referenced in the communication provided to participants To be eligible to win, entrants must complete the form and correctly answer the trivia question referenced in this website. Entries must be submitted via the website from the date of the communication to participants until the expiration date and time specified in that communication, and only entries provided prior to that expiration date and time will be eligible to win.

GENERAL RULES: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and older, and is void where prohibited by law. Participants agree that Mason and its agents are not liable for any loss, liability, injury or damage of any kind related to the Contest or resulting from entry, participation, prize redemption or use of the prize except as expressly authorized by law. Mason reserves the right to void any entries and/or to change or cancel the Contest at any time. The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and all participants agree that the federal and state courts of Wisconsin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder. Mason employees, affiliates, venders and venders’ employees, and immediate family members of these four groups are ineligible to participate in or win the Contest.

It is the entrant’s responsibility to update Mason of any change in the information submitted, including address, email address or other relevant information. These changes can be directed to [email protected] . Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of a prize permitted. If the information you provide is invalid or incomplete, or the winning notification cannot be delivered, we will select another winner based on the same criteria.

By submitting your email address you give permission to receive marketing email correspondence from Mason. If you do not wish to receive these emails follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
